This project management program is for everyone involved in projects: project managers, team members, resources and stakeholders.

It teaches participants how (and why) to plan better and faster – using teamwork as a key tool. It motivates participants and shows them how
to vastly improve their planning and implementation.

Hands-on, exercise and application driven, it is available in 1 and 2-day versions.

This three-day program both covers additional "advanced" topics as well as adding more tools to the two-day program content. This program is
for practitioners as well as those leading and controlling project environments.

It includes greater focus on project metrics, portfolios, change management, and total system resource "loading". It motivates and teaches leaders
how
to vastly improve their organization's project management efforts and overall success.

Improve “up-front” planning

Learn and practice two risk assessment techniques
Effectively deal with typical project conflict situations
