Douglas Pearson has over 30 years
experience in organizational development and training, running his
own businesses and in general management. He partners with other
consultants nationally and internationally to staff large projects
or to deliver special services.
Doug
has a B.A. and
M.B.A. from the University of Washington and a Ph.D (ABD) from
U.C.L.A. He has taught at Southern Methodist University (where he
also ran the M.B.A. program), The University of Puget Sound, Pacific
Lutheran University and Houston Baptist University. He directed
all organizational development and employee development programs at Panhandle Eastern Corporation
for eight years.
