Management & Leadership Profile-Team Effectiveness Profile

The Management & Leadership Profile (MLP) is a 119 question questionnaire. It is completed by a manager or supervisor, his/her boss, direct reports, peers and others. It provides clear, believable feedback on their current behavior compared to the behavior others expect, in fifteen critical dimensions.

 

The Team effectiveness Profile TEP is an 87 question inventory measuring team effectiveness. The TEP is completed by team members, team leaders, the team coach, key stakeholders and customers. It also measures present and expected behavior along fifteen critical dimensions.
